With the Free plan you can create one (1) dynamic QR code, and your workspace gets 100 dynamic scans per month. The counter resets at the start of each month; once those 100 scans are used, further scans of the dynamic code are not served until the reset. Static QR codes are unlimited on every plan — their data lives in the printed image, so they keep scanning regardless.

When you purchase a yearly or monthly subscription, you receive a specific number of dynamic QR codes based on your chosen plan. These QR codes remain active and functional throughout your subscription period with unlimited scans. When the subscription ends, the workspace returns to the Free plan and dynamic codes above the Free limit are paused rather than deleted, so nothing is lost. The Free plan's 100-scans-per-month limit then applies to whichever dynamic code is still active. You can subscribe again at any time to restore full functionality.

No, the number of dynamic QR codes included in your plan does not increase annually. The limit remains the same for each subscription period. If you require more dynamic QR codes, you can upgrade to a higher-tier plan at any time.

No, there is no scan limit for dynamic QR codes created under any paid QRKIT plan during the active subscription period. Your QR codes will remain fully functional until the plan expires.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel. To review or change yours, log in and go to Settings → Usage & Billing: it shows your next billing date and whether auto-renew is on, and from there you can move to another plan, view your invoices, or cancel. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and you can subscribe again at any time.

Every paid plan comes with a 15-day money-back guarantee: if QRKIT is not right for you, contact our support team within 15 days of your first payment and we refund it in full — no questions asked. Beyond the guarantee, refunds for unused portions of annual subscriptions may be considered case-by-case within 30 days of purchase; renewal payments are generally non-refundable. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Pick the plan you want in your dashboard under Settings → Usage & Billing: you see exactly what the change costs for the rest of your current period before you confirm it, and the new plan applies right away. Moving down keeps your QR codes — dynamic codes above the new plan's limit are paused rather than deleted, and come back if you upgrade again.

The Free plan includes basic scan counting and 30 days of scan history, but detailed analytics — including location data, device types, time-based tracking, and UTM parameters — are available on paid plans starting at $5/month billed yearly (Starter), which also extends history to 24 months.

Payments are handled by Stripe, our PCI-compliant payment processor. Checkout runs on Stripe's own hosted page, so card details never reach QRKIT's servers. Yes, on any plan including Free: the QR code images you generate are yours to use for any lawful purpose, on any material. Two things to weigh before printing on Free — scans of a dynamic code show a brief QRKIT screen before your link or page opens, and your workspace is capped at 100 dynamic scans a month, after which that code stops resolving until the counter resets. Every paid plan removes both. Reselling or white-labelling QRKIT itself is the one thing that needs our written consent.

Cancelling stops the next renewal — your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and Settings → Usage & Billing shows that date. After it passes, the workspace moves to the Free plan and any codes above the Free limit are paused, dynamic codes only and oldest first. Paused codes are marked "Paused", not moved to Trash and not deleted, and they are restored automatically if you subscribe again. Static QR codes are never paused.
