How it works
What Is a Link Page QR Code?
A link page QR code points to a hosted, branded page that holds everything you want to share — social profiles, custom links, an embedded video, store hours, and more. One QR code replaces a dozen separate links.
Unlike a plain URL QR code that sends someone to a single website, a link page gives you a full mini-site behind the scan. Your audience arrives at a page with your profile photo, header, description, and a row of tappable links — all on-brand and mobile-optimized.
Because the page is hosted dynamically, you can update its content any time without regenerating the QR code or reprinting anything. Change your links, swap out a video, update your store hours — the QR code you printed last year still works.
Link pages are sometimes called “link in bio” pages or “bio link” pages. A link page QR code extends the same idea to physical contexts: cards, packaging, posters, brochures, badges, and signage.
Easy to use
How to create a link page QR code
Set everything up in a few minutes on your computer. No design skills needed.
Build your page
Add your profile photo, header, and description. Then add your links — social profiles, a website, a booking page, or anything else.
Customize the look
Pick a template, set a background color or image, and choose your brand colors. The page preview updates as you go.
Generate & download
Generate your QR code, style it with your brand colors and logo, then download as PNG or print-ready SVG.
Print or share
Put the QR code on your cards, packaging, signage, brochures, or social media bios. Anyone who scans it lands on your link page.
Update anytime
Change links, swap the video, or update store hours from your dashboard. The printed QR code keeps working — no reprint needed.
What's included
What you can put on a link page
One page, all your destinations. Mix social profiles, custom links, and interactive widgets to match your needs.
Profile
Avatar, name, and a short description. Sets the tone and gives visitors context before they tap a link.
Social profiles
Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Pinterest, Snapchat, and more — each as a branded button.
Custom links
Add any URL with a custom label, icon, and cover image — a booking page, portfolio, product, PDF, or anything else.
Embedded video
Embed a YouTube or similar video directly on the page. Great for showcasing your work, a product demo, or a welcome message.
Store hours
Display your opening hours per day of the week. Visitors see your current hours without having to hunt for them.
Custom theme
Choose from multiple templates and set a solid color, gradient, or background image. Full control over the look.
Brand assets
Upload your logo or photo, set brand colors, and customize link icons so the page feels like your own.
Live updates
Edit content any time from the dashboard. The page behind the QR code updates instantly — no reprint required.
Compare
Link page QR vs. plain URL QR code
A plain URL QR code sends visitors to one fixed address. A link page gives you a full hosted destination you control — with multiple links, a branded profile, and live-edit capability.
| Link page QR | Plain URL QR code | |
|---|---|---|
| Multiple links in one scan | Yes | No (one destination) |
| Branded hosted page | Yes | No |
| Editable after printing | Yes | If dynamic |
| Embedded video | Yes | No |
| Store hours widget | Yes | No |
| No destination website required | Yes | No |
| Scan analytics | Yes | If dynamic |
Use a plain URL QR if you already have a specific page to send people to. Use a link page QR when you want to share multiple destinations, have no existing website, or want a polished branded experience behind the scan.
QRKit does both. Use a URL QR code when one link is enough, or build a link page when you want a full branded destination.
Use cases
Who uses link page QR codes
Creators & personal brands
All platforms, one scan
Put one QR code on your packaging, print collateral, or physical products and let people choose where to find you — Instagram, YouTube, your newsletter, your store. Update the links any time without reprinting. Great for packaging inserts and branded merchandise where you want every channel reachable from a single code.
Local businesses
One code for everything
Add a QR code to your signage or brochures that opens a page with your hours, booking link, social profiles, and address. No website required. Update your hours or add a seasonal promotion any time.
Events & conferences
Speaker and exhibitor profiles
Print a QR code on a badge or booth signage. Visitors scan to see your bio, social profiles, presentation slides, or booking link — all on one page. Update the content before and during the event.
Product packaging
Turn packaging into a channel
Add a link page QR to product packaging, inserts, or hang tags. One code leads customers to support docs, tutorials, your social community, related products, and more.
Agencies & freelancers
Portfolio and contact in one scan
Put a link page QR on proposals, decks, or agency brochures. Clients scan to reach your portfolio, case studies, LinkedIn, and booking page — all updated centrally from your dashboard.
Best practices
Tips for a link page that gets tapped
A few content and design habits that make the difference between a page people browse and one they bounce from.
Lead with the most important link
The first link gets the most taps. Put your highest-priority destination — booking, store, portfolio — at the top.
Keep the label short and action-oriented
Use "Book a call", "Watch the video", "See the collection" — not bare URLs. Visitors should know exactly what happens when they tap.
Add a profile photo or logo
A real face or recognizable logo tells a visitor they landed on the right page. Without one, a link page looks like an anonymous list of URLs.
Match your brand colors
Set the background and button colors to match your brand. Consistent branding signals legitimacy and professionalism.
Tell people what to do with the QR
Add a short call to action near the code: "Scan to find me everywhere" or "Scan for links & info." People scan more when there's a reason.
Test on both iPhone and Android
Scan your QR code on both platforms before printing. Verify all links open correctly and the page looks right at phone size.

What a QR Code With Multiple Links Really Means
A QR code is a container for exactly one piece of data. However the pattern of squares is arranged, it resolves to a single value — and when that value is a web address, it is one web address. So no QR code literally holds several links inside it. What the phrase describes in practice is a two-step arrangement: the code carries one short URL, and that URL opens a page that lists every destination you want to offer.
That is what a QRKit link page does. You add your links — profiles, a booking page, a store, a PDF, a video — and QRKit hosts the page for you. The QR code points at that single hosted address. Someone scans once, sees the whole list, and taps the one they came for. The choice stays with them, which is the honest version of “one code, many links”.
What QRKit does not do
Worth being precise here, because “multi URL QR code” is sold two different ways. Several generators use the phrase for a code that silently sends different people to different destinations — one page by device or operating system, another by language, country, time of day, or how many times the code has been scanned. QRKit does not do this. There is no device, OS, language, location or time-based routing in the product. Every scan of a QRKit code reaches the same link page, and everyone sees the same list. If silent per-scanner routing is what you need, QRKit is not the right tool — better to know that before you print.
You can change the links without reprinting
A link page is a dynamic QR code, so the printed image stays the same while the content behind it changes: add a link, drop one, reorder them, or repoint the code entirely, and every future scan follows the update.
Where one code with many links earns its place
Anywhere the surface is small, already printed, or expensive to reprint. A business card has room for one code, but you may have a portfolio, a calendar and a profile to share. Product packaging can carry registration, care instructions and support behind a single code. Signage and posters get you one glance and one scan, so the page behind them should hold every sensible next step. Event handouts can point to the schedule, the venue map and the feedback form at once — and after the event you can swap the schedule for the recording without reprinting anything.
